Want to shave around my private parts.. It is cooler in summer. But not sure how to do it without cutting myself Which I already have.. Anyone have ideas?

It depends, are you male or female? Shaving is a great way to experience enhanced, sexual sensitivity.
The scrotum is the challenge in shaving for men. It is very elastic, depending on temperature, and your state of arousal and sensitivity. To do this just to be 'cool' in hot weather doesn't always work, as the scrotum can now stick to your inner thigh, without the pubic hair to insulate it.
It is best to prepare in your shower, as with facial shaving, and a new blade is better than electric. HOWEVER, if the skin becomes too saturated with H2O, (like when you get 'prune skin' in a hot tub), it gets puffy, and can more easily be nicked. So, you may want to shave first, before completing your shower regimen.
Twin blades, and a thin razor head are helpful in getting between the scrotum and your inner thighs. You'll probably want to shave your inner thighs as well, to avoid irritating your now, more sensitive genitals
Remember if you do become aroused, (which is kind of the point), there is more blood flowing to the area, and little nicks can bleed profusely.
Remember this will become an almost daily routine, (unless you use some follicle growth, retarding products), as the regrowing stubble can get VERY irritating until it grows out.

NEVER shave against the grain. ALWAYS shave with or toward the direction your hair grows. Use lots of shaving cream. Go slowly and don't use very much pressure. Take your time and be patient.

well the best idea to use an expert to help u shave , and u can't find better than me , expert in shaving ladies ,

THis is a bad idea unless you are going to do it every day. when the stubble comes back you will be misrable. It will be the worst itch you have ever had. Id just let it go

Waxing, maybe...maybe a Brazilian Wax to get every hair. It'll hurt, but you won't get cut. =P
I don't shave, though.

"It's cooler in summer" ... lol. who gave you that crazy idea??? Sounds like it's something you wanted to do, but had to come up with an excuse for.
It won't be cooler... and it'll itch like crazy when it starts growing back...
