It means nothing without knowing how tall she is. Also, if you are asking, it means you are not looking for what the size 14's contains, but rather that she must meet a certain physical size for you. I suggest being honest about what you are looking for physically, and getting to know what womens sizes are. After all, if she is 4'9" and wears a size 14, or if she's 5'7" and wears a size 14, two different looks in the same size, and one weighs more for her size versus one weighs less for her height. Why don't you just ask how tall the girl is and what she weighs if you really need to know?

I would say she's alittle over average...I don't know what size 14 would be in inches. Size 14 isn't HUGE and it isn't small..

i believe that size 14 clothes would be about 32inc hip in pants

depends on her height.....I'm not sure, but I believe that a size 14 pants equates to a 28-30 waist

i may be a guy, but think that they are referring to their waist size. cirtainly not their breasts, you need three numbers for that statistic.
