when i move my left arm itpains in chest when i move my right arm it pains in left side .

stop lifting thing.
if it hurts when you do something, dont do that thing.

i usually put a magnet on it (downsides) and it somehow 'sucks' the pain out....but you have to leave it on for while (at least a night) . use a band aid or something to put it on.
if pain stays you might want to visit a chiropratic
