Factory-installed unit in Mercedes E320 has the door which flips down for the cassette to be inserted. The door flips down ok but the tape is stuck. The "eject" soft-key which should be displayed in the LCD display does not show up so there is no way to eject using the controls. Is there some sort of release mechanism that can be triggered to eject the cassette?

(By the way, in case you are wondering, I don't need the cassette player but use it as an iPod input. And the stereo is hooked into my car phone nicely so I don't want to nuke the unit, I just want to remove the tape...)
