My boss tells me that we get stressed when we are unable to accept certain things or facts. I think it's true.
Everytime I get stressed, I now ask myself why am I not accepting this fact. By answering myself, I find ways to overcome it. Acting is always the best way to deal with stress. Leaving things that worries us makes things worst. A situation usually does not goes away by itself unless acted upon.
Another way I deal with stress is to read self help books. I would recommend the following three books:
1. The Magic of Thinking Big
2. Don't Sweat the small stuff
3. Success Principles
Lastly, i try to master the art of ignoring things or events that makes me stressed!

The best way for a healthy person to relieve stress is REGULAR exercise. No matter how little once u do it regularly you will feel better and improve blood circulation..thus hormones good for relaxation will be secreted in the blood stream

To relieve stress is to do excercise,meditation,listening to good music,watching tv and the important thing is be with your loved person who will care for you.Never make you down or irritated.Good company is also most important for stress less life.

first of all, to relieve stress, find out the cause of stress. working environment, job, sex, friends or relatives. try to solve the problem with smooth hand. keep yourself cool and calm by taking a deep breath when you feel stressed. also think that when you are in stress, your blood pressure is going to rise to alarming levels. you are risking your life to heart attack. when you think like this you'll not land up in stress. also carrying out yoga in early morning along with mild exercise in evening helps to relieve stress. breathe more oxygen when you are in stress which relieves your stress.

I get a massage every 6 weeks. It really does the job and the more I go the longer the results last :)
You could also try exercise and meditation.
If it's stress you can change then make the effort to change what's causing it. :)

try and not to worry so much.you cannot change everything over night.
plan to do two things a day instead of ten.if you succeed and end up doing three you will feel a sense of fulfillment

have sex...well for me that works..or masterbate..or just get a massauge.. or if u look at ur hand, the meat inbetween your index and ur thumb..... not the skin the meat.. squeeze it for like 10 seconds.. itll hurt but itll feel better after. squeeze it with ur other hands index and thumb...
