they work as long as both parties are totally honest. I met my wife on TRUE.COM and we have never been happier. before we met in person we exchanged emails for a week, then we exchanged phone calls for another week(they averaged 3 hours in length). Our 1st phone call was 4.5 hours, it was as if we just clicked. Plus True.com weeds out all the people who have criminal records...they do an extensive background check....hope this helps and HAPPY HUNTING FOR LOVE

I think they work if you all looking for people who are either crazy, still live with the parents, dont work or work somewhere other than you thought in mind, they need sex and want it.
So if that is what you are looking for it works. But you never know. I guess I shouldnt knock it since I havent tried it.

I am not totally sure to be honest with you. There are so many people out there that are not completely truthful when filling those ads out it is hard to tell. Because you meet someone, think they are one way, and most times they turn out to be completely different because they were not honest.
