You may get many claiming to, some may be able to. Beware of the lucrative "fake" business, and the well-meaning new-age "indians". Perhaps contact a tribe or nation and ask directly, even then be cautious; they are very wary about disclosing their true ways and may instead give you education in a "tourists version". You might also develop a contact via a REAL tribal website; have yet to try such myself, but have several leads.

Note the Eastern Tribes are thoroughly shattered. "Our" gov't has placed some in E. Cherokee, E. Cherokee has taken some and won't allow others and thus those others no longer "officially" exist. Plus the relocation in the early 1800's - it's a mess. Please forgive if I've been pedantic, but better to tell a stranger too much than not enough...

One of the problems with such a request is ... many tribes today have lost much of their history and culture because of the extermination and scattering that took place during the settling of the U.S.

At least, that's what the Cherokee told me at Cherokee, NC.

The other problem is that the religions of the tribes varied significantly between each other even while they shared some common ancestral ties.

What I know about it, it is basically earthism. I worked with a Zuni. I also worked with a Navajo girl that was training to be some kind of holy person. I really don't remember much about it, so I'll not be much help to you, but it is interesting. They use the four directions and winds. They honor the spirit of animals. Every thing seem to be in fours. They use the poppy in their worship. Her coworkers sure razed her about that. She took it good. She actually likes indian jokes. Anyway, hope you can use some of this answer.
