What would you choose that wouldn't make you go absolutely nuts from eating it all day, every day? This assumes that you are also allowed vitamin and mineral supplements to assure micronutrient sufficiency, and all the water you want.

Yes, compound foods are fine, such as the below-mentioned breakfast cereal and milk, or king crab legs and butter, as long as they inherently go together in the same mouthful. :)

Pizza. There are tons of different topings and a few different choices for the crust. At least I wouldn't burn out within the 1st day.

fruit and veggies
