There is no healthy way to lose 10 pounds in one week. The adverage healthy weight lost is 2 pounds a week. I would suggest that you set your goal lower. Focus on 2-4 pounds a week. Exercise alot, drinks lots of water, eat right!! Take a multi vitamin. And, next time don't wait to start losing. Start losing earlier. If you set your goal to high you'll suffer burn out early on. Once you lose the weight you'll have to work hard to maintain. Gaining is much easier than losing. Ask any woman :) Also, once you lose the weight you'll need to tone. Otherwise, you still won't look as good as you want.

drink a lot of water before ur meal, eat very slowly coz then u will realize when u have had enough.. go out for (fast) walking (not jogging) for 40 minutes the day. Do not eat after 5 pm just continue drinking.. and eat 2 apples a day-good luck..
I have lost 8 kilos (4 pounds) in one week that way

That is too much weight to try and lose that fast. But when I want to drop a few pounds. I drink 2 cans Of slim fast a day. And eat one Low cal, Low fat meal. Also if you do go for a fast weight lose and lose the 10 pounds it will probably come back on. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is a sensible diet. And exercise.

It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

At 120 lbs, getting 10 lbs of fat off your body isnt going to happen in a week. Beware of fake diets reduce your weight more by water loss because they water loss doesnt change your size.

To jump start your weight loss in a week, limit yourself to vegetables and lean meat plus lots of water to flush out the fat and move. Go out walking twice a day unless your up more intensive exercise.

This way your burn more calories then you take in and lose the most weight possible for school.

Eat oatmeal for breakfast everyday, don't eat sugar or dairy, and do cardio exercise 30 minutes a day - jump rope, treadmill, swimming, etc. That should get you on your way - you may get to 5 lbs per week, but if you keep it up, after a while you will be able to get to the weight you want and keep it off. Good Luck!!!

You won't. You'll end up losing water weight and it'll come back. From the sounds of it, you might be anorexic if you're 127 and trying to lose 10 pounds weekly. Watch out, okay?

You didn't get over-weight that quickly, and you won't lose it that fast either. Start working out (weight training and aerobics), eat good food...meat, vegetables, fruit, stay away from sweets, and be patient. The goal is to build muscle (if you are female, don't worry, you won't get the definition guys do) and lose fat. Stop worrying about pounds and worry about inches...muscle weighs 2.5 times what fat does (equal volume), so you can weigh more being all muscle and still look great.

You can lose at least 5 pounds in a week by cutting out ALL sugar, Breads, potato's,rice, cereals, fried foods and junk food and increase your intake of water.

(Check the labels of packaged foods for sugar content and only choose "no added sugar" or "sugar free" items.

Eat plenty of veggies, limit citrus fruits & bananas but feel free to eat pears, melons, and berries. Eat protein like chicken, fish, lean meats.

It worked for me! Good luck!
