In excess , yes. Moderation in all things. Imbibing a couple of beers or glasses of wine or even a couple of cocktails every day has been proven to have beneficial effects for your body health. Alcohol calms you in moderate amounts, alleviating your daily stress for awhile.

it's only a mith to stop kids from getting drunk. I mean it does mess up your brain and your blood flow and if u drink lots of for a long period of time you get a big hole in your liver but that's not too bad, is it?

As a bartender I can tell you it is very harmful.
Some drunk fool slipped and fell on the dance floor at the wedding I was bartending the other nite.
She will need about 4 or 5 stitches and she had to go to the Emergency Room drunk. Duh. Party til ya puke
