Unfortunately there is no easy way to do that and the longer you wait the more they will become. Cats are capable of reproducing at 6 months with a usual litter of 3 to 6 kittens. If you don't get a grip on the situation they will start to inbreed and new kittens will be born with deformities and disease that could spread. If you have an animal shelter you should call them to come and capture all the cats so they can be taken in and adopted out or put to sleep humanely.

Need more information. How many are there? Do you have a cat that is attracting them? Are you feeding the strays or leaving food or garbage out? Are you in the city or country? Where are the cats congregating? Day or night? Are they feral or just neighbors' cats?

I just use my Basset Hound, she likes my cat but not any other cats, so when I start getting cats in my yard I just let her go into it (its fenced).
