Only an intelligent person CAN really worship God ! Unless one can have the potential of intelligence, where is the question of experiencing the Greatest Being "God" ?
The question is what constitutes intelligence. A logical mind is an expert at permutation and combination of lots of inputs, but not necessarily belonging to an intelligent person. It is only through intelligence, that a person can tame his mind ! And only when the mind is under control, there is a possibility to experience something Super-logical (not illogical !) ---meaning, beyond the perception level of a logical mind --- as God. Not a very difficult thing to accept. Great discoveries like gravity, steam power, relative density, etc were products of intelligent observations, when mind was very calm and NON-INTERFERING.

intelligence is nowhere related to ur beliefs.
Frankly, im an aethist.
I Believe..the concept of god was made as to draw the line between good and bad. otherwise there'd be no real rules as the concept of right and wrong would be wiped out n notin could keep us all from becoming like savage animals and endin up killin our own kind.
an intelligent person may or may not beleive in god dependeing on a lot of external factors...he may worship god even if he doesn't beleive in god as thes ancient riligious things always have some kind of scientific basis and have kept mankind in good form for a long time. can u imagine an aethist world? At least some of us have to beleive in something magical that can give us hope and get us thru our rainy days.. n afteral our ancestors were wise men not bloody morons!

I worship God. By the standards I see about me I'd say that I'm reasonably intelligent. I'm not entirely certain if I follow what you intend to be a narrative figure. Perhaps that would be a reference to the Bible or some other Holy Vessel. I do not feel the need to worship in a prescribed fashion, nor do I feel the need for messengers or intermediaries on my behalf. It seems simple to me.

Tell me where did intelligence come from?
The law of information tells us that from lose data, ther can be no information without intelligence, because you need intelligence to form information, and intelligence to recieve it.
So data can never form intelligence (read molecules bouncing around) Because intelligence is an asset needed to make sence. And obviously we can communicate and make sense. So intelligence is needed in the first place. So how do you explain we are here making sense to eachother if no intelligence existed before everything?
In other words, how can an inteligent person not believe in God.

God is infinite intelligence, and only through intelligence can one be aware of the possibility of God.

worshipping god is about faith not about intelligence . and worship not necessarily means folding hands or closing eyes , it means respecting and acknowledging. and as it is said god is omnipresent and present in every living soul. So even if you are not praying but respecting a living soul you are acknowledging him
