Over years I have learned how to completely control my emotions. I get this feeling inside and if its not what I want to feel i turn it off. Like remorse, sadness, anger, and sometimes happiness. I know that if I ever hurt anyone I could turn all emotions off. (not that i would hurt anyone) But Im almost obsessive over controlling me emotions. I used to sit alone for long long periods of time.I believe i trained myself to be the way i am. And i wouldnt give anything for it. Ive gotten into fights when I was younger and never felt bad for what i did. Thanks for your time

There is nothing wrong with knowing how to control your temper. You could be a dangerous person if you lost control over your anger.Try not to shut everyone out of your life because of this problem.Everything will work out with a little time.People say exercise is a good way of getting rid of anger..myself I don't like exercise.Maybe you do.. Just trust in God and everything will be okay..Love your family..make a new friend or maybe get a new pet..

That is a great power you have. Emotions are So very difficult to control. But what if your not actually controlling them but packing them all away inside somewhere. I would be scared to think that one day..all those emotions are just gonna come pouring out..you know like as if it were bottled up all inside you. I don't know. my belief if that out emotions, reactions and feelings are good for us to have..it makes us who we are. We grow from it. Do you have compassion? I mean does it bother you to see a life harmed. If not..i would be worried about that. but anyways, atleast your asking.

I think sometimes you have to feel certain emotions whether you want to or not, like if someone died you feel sad, even though you don't like it. Not feeling anything would make you a cold person and you could push people away. I think it's more of a danger to yourself, but it would probably be impossible for you to unlearn this...

No you are not a Dangerous person.
Your special in some way.
You can control yourself a damn lot. Basically that's it.
But one fine day hopefully you'll be drowned by emotions again.

I said hopefully because emotions are needed for a good life in to a certain limit.

Keep it Up!

controlling your emotions to some extent is a good thing but if your controlling them to the point of not letting yourself feel anything that could be unhealthy. Why are you afraid of feeling emotion?

Don't keep it inside, but if your emotions are telling you to hurt someone, hurt someone like in a video game or a punching bag. Keeping it inside could lead to depression, so you could also get a therapist right now.

I think your only danger is to yourself.... while it is good to control your emotions I think you have something much deeper than you are saying... Learn to love yourself and that will set you free
