Why are you even worried or thinking about what he's doing with his toes? If the sex is good, my man's toes and feet are the very last thing on my mind.
But communication is key, tell him when you are cumming, ask him afterwards if he came. Talk about your fantasies and how you can make things even better together. maybe you need to talk to him and ask him if he likes what you are doing and if there is something else he would like you to do, and vice versa.
