There used to be a West Virginia law that prohibited shaving while driving. Not to prevent a guy plugging his shaver into the cigarette lighter, but to keep a fool from cutting his throat with his straight razor, if the wagon hit a pothole.

Actually, you're considered legally intoxicated in Kentucky when you're Blood alcohol is above 0.8% just like most of the country.
