How come some people hate dogs so much?

WRONG!....Apparently, you've never had a dog. I'm the only one that feeds my dog, but she loves everyone. She loves me the most, but thats only because she knows me the best.
To all the dog haters: There's nothing that can justify the fact that you hate ALL dogs....no matter what you experienced in the past. I've had problems with people in the past. It didn't make me hate ALL people. Get real.

At the risk of being obvious, probably for the same reason some people hate cats. I have a dog that I absolutely love and who loves me unconditionally. I wouldn't take anything for him. I rescued him 4 years ago and he's paid me back many times over for all I've done for him. Even so, cute and wonderful as he is, there are people out in the world who don't like dogs.

well i love dogs but i say cats and dogs r the ones that love u more it not just dogs and to answer alot of people here storys and a afraid and hate them like me but i only hate the neighbors dog it attacked me i wanted to shoot it but i love animals so they just here storys from animal abusers and some people hate dog also cause stupid people dont put there pps on a leash so people is the problem dum *** people

I don't know I think that you have to be quite the sick-o to actually hate dogs. My grandma does not really like dogs, but that is because she has REALLY bad allergies! But she does not hate them, in fact she will come to my home and feed mine if I need her to.

Its usually based on the experience one has had with dogs. Trauma at a young age can make you dislike them. Our neighbors have 5 huge, barking, poop smelling rotts next door. They bark all night and we cant go out on a hot day because of the smell. When we do go in our yard the dogs charge the fence barking like they want to kill us. Needless to say my husband is ready to shoot the whole lot. Yes it is the owners fault but that doesn't make you like the dogs. Like a bratty kid you cant stand, it is not his fault he is that way. The parents did it, but that doesn't make you want to be around that kid. m

I don't know. My grandmaw says it is strange becasue I am a dog lover, I just, i'll do anything, ANYTHING for my dog if I can and am able. they are my best frieneds. But my mom, she hates , I mean HATES DOGS and all animals. why, i don't know. well, I think she says its beasue they are dirty and nasty. well, open your eyes woman! thats how the world is now is what i want to say to her. Dogs do love us more than anything. they depend on us to clean there water bowle, and to give them freash water and to love them. peps , peps stands for people , who don't love dogs do not, NOT know what they are missing out on.

people don't usually hate dogs... most of them might just be scared of them after having a scary incounter. i myself have a fobia for dogs ever since my grandmother's dog bit my back when i was just seven years old.

People who hate dogs are people who have not own a dog before in their life..........
They should have one then decide whether to hate or love dogs.........
It is like having children at your home..........

Some people are allergic, some poeple have been attacked by them, some don't like what they do, some just hate them for the heck of it!But IIIIII like them!
