A couple of questions before I let the cannibal bunk up with me.
1) how do I know he is a cannibal?
2) if I know he is a cannibal, why would I throw him a steak?
2a) if I know he is a cannibal and I throw him a steak..wouldn't it be a "people steak"
2b) if I am the sort of person who just has "people steak" hanging around in my house..then am I not also, somewhat a cannibal or at the least incredibly prepared for one to come to my door?
3) Does he smoke?

It depends. Just because someone is cannibal, doesn't mean that they're going to feast on humans around the clock, it just means that once in a while, they enjoy a meaty snack.
I'd find it eerie and concerning, but I'd probably rent with him.
