what can i do to discourage a man who keeps looking at my breast greedily while talking to me?

Ask the guy to stop staring at you. His behavior is immature.
You could say nicely, Do you have a problem with manners? It isn't good manners to look at someone's breasts constantly. Stop what you're doing & please look at my face when you're talking to me.
Or you could just avoid getting into conversations with him entirely.

Well, there are several ways to go about this... It all depends on the relationship you have with this man and/or want to have with this man... If he is an aquaintance and you don't want anything more simply say please look at me when we talk, or go sly and say oh, do I have something on my shirt? If the person is closer, a friend say, I am concerned that you never look me in the eye when we talk. Is there something I should know? I would really appreciate it if you would look me in the eye when we talk. Take it from there, depending on his reaction. If he is offended too bad for him... If he is truely a man he will appolgize and make every attempt to make it right...

Put on clothing that does not expose or overly reveal the shape of your breasts and if that doesn't work let your husband have a talk with him. I would probably stay away from him.

Do what I once did and point to my face and tell him your face is doing the talking, not your chest.Then carry on the converstaion as normal. That way there is no hostility and you will have got your point across.

Sit at a table, slouch down so he can't see your boobs. If he looks under the table, then you know it's because of your face.

i think you should just stop talking to him because he makes you feel uncomfortable. if that doesn't work then why don't you tell him how you feel and if he decides to degrade himself even more and just tell you "you showcase it, i admire" slap him but consider what he said though. sometimes modesty is best, if one is modest then he would never look.
