The company 'Chocolates for Chocoholics' definitely do boxes of chocolate tools. They arrange parties too, along the lines of Body Shop or Tupperware where you get a catalogue in advance.

they may be hard to get your hands on try corner shops in london and smaller towns you may be lucky and find them.
