http://www.quickzip.org/quickzip/downloads.php
QuickZip helps you shrink very large files or extract previously zipped files. It can extract 20 different types of archive files. The documentation is written in broken English but it's good enough to get you going.
Requirements: Windows 98, ME, NT, XP
There are instructions with this.

You will have to download a program( archivator) in order to 'zip' files. The easiest way is to go to http://www.download.com/ and download WinRAR it is one of the best archivators out there, you can download a trial version for free. Once you have installed it, just right click on the File -> Add To Archive -> Choose Zip. and it will do the rest of it for you.
