Iraq, possibilities with Iran, possibilities with North Korea, now Israel and the region, what is going on? I am going to try and not listen to the news anymore because I am getting all worked up and what can I do? Anyone in the same boat as I am?

All TV is Neocon Propaganda, turn it off. Mine has been off for over a year. I watch some Sci-Fi but that's it. Never news. All news is controlled by Conservative Republicans.
BTW, do you think Bush would stoop so low as to use Israel to start WWIII? I do. American tax payers send Israel about $2 billion per month.

I'm going to bury my head in the sand.
Seems to me that this is the same attitude that a lot of people took back in 1938 - 1939 when some meglomaniac by the name of Adolf Hitler began putting people in concentration camps. Our trying to ignore his actions or seeking to appease him for his actions resulted in the greatest war this world has ever known.
What can you do about it. Talk about it. Take action, do anything but don't try to ignore it.

I don't listen to the news anymore.
You can switch it back on in four weeks time , it will be the same news. You havn't probably realised it , but the third world war has already started.

mail your president and tell him your views, probably start a blog with people thinking like you, get the word out and starta revolution for the betterment of the world.make the guy(president )see you'r point of view.
