I know that there are places that deal in telehealth. The University of Toronto has a telehealth operation that works in consultation with doctors in the north.
In the states, surgery has been done from cities via remote control in smaller operating rooms in Kentucky for example.

there are site that you can go to where you can compare or research more about what you might have run it through google BUT going to the doctor is always a winner and safer
