Be transformed by the renewing of your mind. It would be sweet if we automatically had the mind of Christ after rebirth. But, unfortunately, we have to die to ourselves...our old nature...and put on the new man before we can function with the mind of Christ. I don't think it is the human way of thinking before sin, I think it is the Divine way of thinking...more godlike than human. We have the potential to step into Divine Mind, it is there in us, we just have to let go of the earthy stuff and embrace more and more Christ likeness as the Holy Spirit works it in us.

Let this mind be in you that was in Christ. it says Let right we grow to have the way Christ thinks or more of what he taught. when it says we have the mind of Christ thats not literal,, it means that we should do as jesus taught us and then we will be thinking as he did,, If we literly had the mind of Christ that would make us perfect and no one is perfect but Jesus that was God in the flesh , hope this helpes ty

No. When we are born, we are of free spirits but we need a guidance of the mind of Jesus Christ and sooner or later when we have a mind of our own, or opened to the world, they would let us deny Satan.

To think like Jesus one DOES NOT have to be born again. That born again stuff is absolute hog-wash.
Either you believe that Jesus is the way, the truth and the light or you don't.
If you do believe then you must make an effort to think and act as Jesus would give the same situation.
It is that simple. Period.

How can it be a new mind like christ's? Isn't it second hand now?
And if I'm born again, can I be born rich next time as I'm poor and I still can't get my camel through the eye of a needle.

So all the billions of folk who existed in the previous Christ's beginning are damned? that no longer often looks honest! All of people who, via their upbringing, place or time of beginning not at all get to pay attention approximately Christ are damned? that no longer often looks honest! people who can think of for themselves, utilizing the mind God supposedly gave them, and would see 0 evidence for the life of the Christian God or Christ's divinity are damned? that no longer often looks honest! So your God, and finished faith, works on unfairness? i might rather be damned thank you. there is not any reality in something you have reported, in straightforward terms a passage from a e book, written via guy.

When you are saved it is the first step in the right direction. Mind renewal is a life time process. You must bring your thoughts captive. When you have an un-Godly thought recognize it is satan. Call on Jesus name and tell Him you don't want these thoughts. We won't be totally renewed until we see Jesus face to face.

No. We are asked to give our lives to christ but we still make the decisions and have the same minds. But god is in our hearts.
