The main symptoms on which you can concentrate are

1.He was born on 30 June 1998 at 8:10 AM.
2.He does not cry for the first time when he was born, and then the doctor gave him injection and makes him to cry.
3.He got Jaundice when he was only 11 days old. We hospitalized him for a week. His mother was not allowed to feed him with her milk.
4.He has severe constipation since birth till today.
5.He throws his hands and legs without any purpose (senselessly) since birth; still he does not have a grip.
6.His head use to shakes vigorously till when he was 1 ½ year’s old.
7.He does not recognize the things till today.
8. He loves music very much
9. He love to see bright things ie, sunlight, electric bilb

I may be able to help you. I am a Lady with Cerebral Palsy. as
I'm typing to you I'm on a hospital bed (seizures that cannot be diagnosed)my doctors found my palsy by sticking a thumbtack in both hands the left hand did not respond so it's in my left side ( I had seizures from infancy to a year old when I was 16 they started happening again. what you described are some of the symptoms of C.P today I walk on my own thanks to therapy
and the only way you see the C.P is in my left hand
and as a result of the C.P I am allergic to a lot of medicines
I've never had chicken pox or measles. you might want to check into it with his doctors

It might be C.P., Turrets Syndrome (the flailing), and even a mental disorder, in which the person has a great love for music
