Question regarding eye surgery?

Question

I have undergone eye surgery in 2001 from hyderabad.It was a corneal transplation (PKP) surgery.Few days back the IOL which is implanted in my eye after replacing my original eye lense fell inside my eye.Is there any body who gone through same problem if so please guide me what to do?

Prolapse of the lens occurs ocasionally and the prolapsed lens is scooped out easily
