God doesn't exist. Therefore it can't "curse" your finances. It probably has more to do with yourself. Why do you live from paycheck to paycheck? Can't you find a stable job? Is it because of your education (or lack of it)? If not, then why can't you get a proper job? Is this just a phase in your life? If your as poor as you described yourself, why did you get a computer? Don't you have a sense of necessity and priority?
Answer all these questions first before posting your next question on finances. This one is just too vague. Be more specific.

if you haven't turned your life over to him by believing in Christ as your savior and becoming active in your local church, then you aren't beholding to him. otherwise, it is a matter of faith. i honestly do not believe that you have to tithe 10% start out by simply giving what you feel the Lord wants you to give. As you are faithful about obeying this, even when you doubt, the Lord will increase your faith.
2Co 9:6 The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
2Co 9:7 Each one must give as he has made up his mind, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
i have seen this in my own life. there was a time when we had very little money. we were visiting a church listening to a missionary speaker. the Lord distinctly let me know that i should give the missionary the $20 that i had. i was afraid, because i didn't know when we would be getting more money. but i knew that he had directed, so i did. later that week we got an unexpected check. since then, i always listen to these impressions, and have seen the Lord prove himself faithful.

In my own life, I have found that when I can't pay my bills and there is no money for diapers if I give to God he blesses my debit card. I have heard many people say that when they give to God they some how have more money than when they try to do pay check to pay check on their own.
I don't think God put curses on His children, but tithing is an exercise in faith and submission. Pray about your financial need and express your concerns to God and then give what God says for you to give, no else just God. He will bless your obedience

God's just cursed you with a low paid job and too many outgoings by the sound of it. Pray for financial knowledge and the ability to mange your finances or to get a better well paid job. Giving more money away won't help especially using medievil methods of wealth distribution.

God gives you a choice...he doesn't "curse you" because you do or don't do something.
He loves unconditionally, he's not out to get even.
That said, when Jesus saw the woman in the temple who gave what little she had, he said she truly gave more than all the others in the temple. Point is, what you give may be what you can, and I think God looks into your heart and says, "he gave a dollar, and that is truly what he had to give."

Who told you this, your pastor? Buddy, they just want your money. Churches in America are the best businesses, because they don't have to pay taxes. So of course they want you to tithe, and of course when it was up to them you should pay ten percent of your loan. Give what you can, when you can and if your heart is in line with God he will know this.
Don't let anyone give you a guilt trip, because a church wants to build or remodel something.

God does not need your money, only the church does. My advice is do not tithe at all. My mom faught tooth and nail several years all the while tithing. She aquired nothing for her trouble. Only when she finally stopped did things turn around.

Considering that most of my immediate family hasn't given money to a church in at least 10 years and we haven't been cursed....I think you are fine and should quit worrying.

Who is leading you to believe this? Ask God yourself.( God's not putting a "curse" on your money!)
