*FYI, ND2000, I'm not copying you. I just know how to say hello and goodbye in way more languages than you, and you can't take it! You could only think of 100, whereas I could manage to think of...Hmm...let's count, shall we?

Thailand, "Sawadeekop" for men "Sawadeeka" for women. That is Hello. Goodbye is actually "Goodbye". When they answer a phone they always use the English "Hello".
