First step is to figure out what program it is and simply uninstall through the Add/Remove Programs feature in the Control Panel.

Another option is to go to Start -> Run and type "msconfig" (assuming you're in XP). When that window comes up, go to the Startup tab and start disabling Dell features until you can start the machine popup-free. However, be careful!!!!! You can damage your system with msconfig if you disable the wrong thing.

1.Click on Start->Run and type in "msconfig" and hit enter.
2.Go to the Start up tab.
3. Locate the program that causes this error. - It should contain the same path entry - C:\program Files\Dell...
4. Uncheck this item
5. Click on OK and restart the computer.
