i have a rib that twist upward out of place, because of a car wreck.
how do i fix it myself?

Well, at least you didn't get shot, but a rib can puncture a lung, amongst other things. You have a better chance of living in jail, get to a doctor. And if you need to, keep your mouth shut and get an attorney.

You need to go to your nearest Emergency room as soon as possible. Ribs dislodged can puncture your lung! Leading to BAD pain and health problems.
