i really need to loose some weights but my GB said im a few pounds over weight so he cant prescripe anyfin 4 me and most teenagers wory abt e samething. my tummy is really doing my head in. i have to wear big sizes of clothes just to cover it. im 17yrs n weighs 60. thnks everyone

ive got a friend who really takes in more food than i do but shes very slim. abt taking exercises i wld say i work 5hrs a day which involves being on my feet all e time.

Hiya, lie on back hands behind head, raise shoulders from floor and hold for a second or two, that tenses the tum, repeat maybe 20 times x 2. Some people have a fast metabolism they eat and eat and it burns so quick and they stay slim, mmm lucky lucky lucky, also i have one of those tum/abdo exercisers, cheap to buy, protecting the neck and back as you exercise. I have 2 toast in the morning, cerial bar at lunch, and a balanced evening meal, i lost about 26 pounds since March, 20 min walks are good every other day, drink plenty of water too and a banana also gives energy. I still need to lose more off the tum, aduki beans are supposed to be good from the health food store, they break down fat deposits, good luck! if all fails don't worry! Dave

You can't lose weight in just one area. Exercise more and eat healthier and you will lose weight in your tummy and everywhere else. You are so young. Do it know while it is easier and make a habit of it so that you don't have to worry about this problem in the future.

at 17 you should not be worried about your waight you are still growing it does seem unfar some people can eat mountains of food and not put on waight. I waighd 70 kilos at 15 and although I thought I was over waight then I would be very happy to be at that waight now. you do not say your hight but un;less you are under 5 foot you are not over waight
