Talk to her online if u have her e-mail address..send her email/IM/
or send her txt messages..Be her friend and see what she likes,what her hobbies are what she is interested in.. See if she has another relationship..send her silly msgs just saying good morning etc arrange going somewhere with friends or even better alone.. to the movies, to a cafe or club if you are into this..Just be a friend and be around her..let her know that you will be there when she needs you.. After that, when u guys get closer give her some signs that you like her..I'm sure she will get the message before u even have to tell her..
Dont be shy and be confident! If you really like this girl and thinks she is the one then there is no room for shyness !!

Going by stereotypes, French women like to be romanced. Actually, most women do. That will be incredibly hard for you if you're shy, but grand gestures really do work, especially if you've not had any kind of history with her. So, send her flowers and chocolates when she's not expecting them. Get to know her. Impress her - think how medieval knights impressed their ladies, except with less fighting! Then give her the space to decide if she likes you too - don't stalk her. Most women I know - myself included - would love to have someone who likes them enough to make excessive, dramatic gestures to show it. No, it's not going to be easy if you're shy, but sometimes for shy people being dramatic and drawing attention to yourself can be easier than risking quieter disappointment by the usual buying drinks and so on. It's a lot easier to go up to a girl with a bunch of flowers than it is just by yourself, and the flowers can do the talking for you. Good luck!

What goes tr your mind when you think of her?(What, if you are day dreaming about her, do you say to her in your mind?) Put it all on paper and don't leaf anything out! Trust me, it may sound stupid to you but it might just be what she should hear and wants to hear. Then, just be yourself and tell her EVERYTHING! By that I mean for example the day you first sow her, what went tr your mind? What about her do you like? Most important,why do you want to tell her she is the one?

If you try and tell her that before you get to know her...it would be absurd. Your asking this question suggest that you need to mature first. I doubt very seriously if you have any idea of what you are looking for. I suspect it's any pretty girl.

the easiest way i got a girl at uni (not that i knew i was doing it) was i just chatted to her everyday in a non sexual way, which made her comfortable, then her and my mates had nights out, then it happened.
make her feel safe, not pressurised
