of course not.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. Love is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.

It can lead to a messy situation if things don't work out because of the close proximity. I've done it before and it can get uncomfortable after it ends and she's looking out her window watching different women come and go.

Depends! Are you both unattached or does one or the other have a partner. If one has a partner then the other needs to steer clear, Just remember how you'd feel if someone took your partner on you,

No it's not wrong, but if he or she is a resentful person then when you break up it could go bad. For example, they could take a sh*t on your doorstep every morning. Or through rubbish in your garden. But sure why not. If you feel like it. go for it.
