This is hard on you but it happens. I was with some one for nearly five years and I left him. We did not communicate well so you need to talk about how she is feeling and try and get to the bottom of this. Things can chage between two people after a few years, people change, goals change and what you want out of life changes. Just be strong and talk to her. Hope you can sort this out.

hmm well something happened which has changed ur mind. cant really help u unless u tell us more. im sure u know what u did. a gf just wouldnt do that out of a blue she has to have a motive and reason to be not sure anymore. so yeah man whatever u did 5 years is a long time now days so i hope u didnt throw it all away on a dumb move. would like more input from u so i know whats going on.

Maybe she wants out. Or a change. She might think the relationship is too regular or monotoneous. There could be a number of reasons. But being somebodys botfriend or girlfriend without any sign of commitment sounds like a road going nowwhere to me.

Your girlfriend is telling you that she doesn't think you can support her in the future. But if you have everything going for you, the only reason I could think of is that she's just got her eyes on someone else.

You'd have to actually talk to her to find out. There could be a million reasons. Reasons no one online will have any clue about. You could speculate all you want, but you'll never know for sure until you talk to her.
I know it's hard, but just talk to her.
