It is better to take a walk before dinner. It speeds up your metabolism and you burn twice the calories for almost three hours after doing some form of exercise. Taking a walk after dinner is very nice, though...and it does aid in digestion. Exercise before bedtime is not a good idea for the same reasons...you are all revved up and it takes time to wind back down.

yup!its good to walk after dinner but honey after 10 min,let the food to get settled first n never sleep before walkin at least 100 steps!

It's a good thing to get some excercise after eating. A walk is a good idea.
Eating or excercising within a few hours of bed time, however, generally make it harder to sleep.

Yes, I think so. It keeps things moving. I find that lying down right after eating makes dinner feel like a lead ball in my stomach.
