Then have another note there telling him to close is eyes because you have a surprise for him.
Make sure you have something other than the kiss with you something that he likes.
Then walk up and kiss him. When he opens his eyes give him the gift and say that you are sorry for being so forward but that you really like him and you hope he likes the gift.
Who knows he might end up liking you to.

If you have a crush on a guy, and you know he doesn't like you, you have no right to kiss him, in fact, you are sexually harrassing him...if I were him I'd slap you silly.

I have not ever met a man that would refuse a kiss does not matter if there not into them or not. that guy is not telling the truth.
