me and my bf have just split but he still sees me every week. He says he loves kissin me and spendin time with me but he cant b with me cuz he cares too much and doesnt wanna hurt me cuz he is a bit of a flirt. That's pitiful. There are 6 billion people in the world and I can assure you that 90 percent or more are better in every way than this tool. He just wants to hit it while long stroking some other girls too. Move on.

It sounds like he thinks of you as a friend with "benefits." If he's making ridiculous excuses like that to avoid dating you, you should avoid seeing him.
From the way you described it, he just wants to use you for physical intimacy, and nothing more. He wants all the touching and "whatever else it leads to" without having to make any commitment to you. He doesn't sound like a guy you should be spending your time with.
