Legally it would not be okay until you turn 16 and then you can date him with parental permission as long as you don't sleep together. It's all about maturity as far as I am concerned. If you guys are at the same maturity then why not. But to give you hope I had a crush on this guy sense he was 13 and I was 18 and I didn't tell him because I knew nothing could come of it. But now I am getting together with him and I'm 26 and he's 21 and everyone is cool with it lol I guess what I am saying is you can also wait until the time is right it might work out years from now but for now date guys your own age just to amuse the adults lol.

Gonna inform you precise now. you're too youthful for that. The age difference ( and in all probability the adulthood) between a 13 365 days previous and a 17 365 days previous are gentle years. men at that age are not precisely straightforward . believe me, i'm a woman it relatively is 17 i might understand. you do no longer understand what he's performed, he's plenty older than you, and he ought to. ought to. stress you into doing some thing you do no longer choose to, and you'd be wanting to do what he says just to maintain him liking you. do no longer say you will no longer have intercourse. almost each woman that finally ends up having intercourse has that comparable menatlity you do. you do no longer understand until eventually you're in the region. basically be smart. think of of the experts and cons. basically dont get harm. solid success :)

Just try to find out what you gain and what u lose in this friendship. Are you mentally old enough to sense between a man looking only for sex with a respectful man? if yes, go ahead. normally in these situations, mums are best to help you.

You're only just thirteen years old. Eventhough you like him, and he likes you, you should not be rush like that. I think it's too soon. But, I'm not suggesting you to love or like no one. I'm just suggesting you to wait for a while. Maybe when you're seventeen years old. Yes, seventeen is nice, actually. Don't be so rush at the moment, or you'll get lost.
