Have you heard of Malingering? It's punishable under the UCMJ.

all military personnel aretechnically on duty 24/7/365. At most, go to sick call. you might get SIQ for a few days but the chances of you being allowed to do half days just because you are tired is about nil. How would like it if somebody else in yoru shop pulled the same stunt, leaving you to pick up the brunt of their work?

Try going to bed at a decent hour and lay off the booze and the wild parties.

Change your diet, go to bed earlier and stop hanging out with freaky guys... hehe

If you are pregnant, and there is a legit reason for the pain and problems, and its not just laziness, you might get put on bed rest. Only way to know is if you go to the Doc and ask.

Other than that, there is absolutely no way you are going to get half days in the AF. If you have a condition that keeps you from working that bad, they will kick you out. Plain and simple.
