No I won't. Let's be practical, it takes a lot of work. And the couple will face even more difficulties/challenges than a normal couple already face.
Natural selection. Survival of the fittest. A rational person will not start dating a wheelchair bound person.
But if your partner becomes wheelchair bound after falling in love, that's another story.
(Those who say they don't mind, who really doesn't mind marrying the person, and having kids? Not to mention soothe your partner's wounded self-esteem...) Hypocrites!
It's not impossible. But I won't, rationally. But love is not rational.

Yes. I think you'd discover very quickly that a person not being able to walk was so far down the list of priorities on what makes a good partner that it really didn't matter at all. That's providing that they still had a great attitude and weren't bitter - now THAT would be tough to handle 24/7.
Societies are really good now about making them wheelchair accessible so it's not like they would be limited that much in where they could go.
I really think it's difficult enough for the person in the wheelchair to accept their situation without having the rest of society judge them on it or isolate them and stay away from them. That just adds an additional layer of sadness to their lives.
There would be SOME adjustments to make, but I don't think it would impact your lives together in any really significant ways.
It could happen to any of us at any moment. Would we want our spouses/boyfriends leaving us because of it (and how hard would THAT be to deal with on top of what happened to make us need a wheelchair?), or other people not giving us the time of day because we were in a wheelchair. We'd be the exact same person we were before we needed the wheelchair... I do think it's shallow if someone uses that as a deciding factor.
I understand your uncertainties, but since none of us are guaranteed good health in life, we all need people to stand beside us and still care about us and want to be with us. It could be us one day.

Only if my car wasn't working... just kidding.
Kinda like dating someone who has kids already - there are special needs that you may or may not be prepared for. If you are, great! If not, you don't need to feel guilty. Trust me, people in wheelchairs aren't going to date YOU if they can't deal with one of your "issues"...

I wouldn't be the WHEELCHAIR I would be dating, it would be the person.
If the person is nice, then YES.
If they are a jerk or have a weak character, then probably not.

yeah, weirdly i would. i wouldn't do it because of pity, if i did something like that it would probably be because i genuinely would like that person. n if u really like someone and wanna give it a try, who cares if she's in a wheelchair?

To do what? It is a good idea but find first the reason of this. u may hurt them by leaving them in future without any logic.

it would depend on the person in the wheelchair. just because they are in a chair doesn't mean they are a nice person.
