i'm not really worried about the age (im immature and she's super mature). the boss is like really tradionally chiniese so he would be outraged if he found out. but that kinda gives it that romeo and julliet twist.

Its ok but if things don't work out your dads my take it out on each other. What will her dad do when he finds out, do you want her to have to deal with the consequences? I know it seems romantic, but remember Romeo drank poison and Juilet stabbed herself in the end.
