This is a definite NO. It is not right to "love" her, assuming you were the one sending the e-mail. I've been there, it's not fun. She doesn't like you, and apparently she REALLY doesn't like you.
The best thing you can do is stop talking to her completely, and move on to *healthy* relationships with other girls. If she's calling the cops for an e-mail, I bet there's more going on here than you're letting on. There is a chance, albeit a very small one, that by moving on and pretty much ignoring her, she'll develop an attraction for you--that sort of "I want what I could have had, but passed up" attraction.
I wouldn't count on it, though, if she's calling the cops.
