The Qurânic presentation of the story of Noah and the flood does not conflict with scientific evidence or archaeological data; firstly, the Qurân does not indicate any specific date or year of the occurance of that event, and secondly, according to the Qurân the flood was not a universal phenomenon which destroyed complete life on earth. In fact the Qurân specifically mentions that the flood was a localised event only involving the people of Noah. Quran is the real word of God. Remember There is no god but Allah, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon Him) is the Messenger of Allah. note: Allah is an arabic word meaning God. (Peace be upon Him) is used in respect for our beloved Prophet. It is illogical to assume that Prophet Muhummad (peace be upon Him) had borrowed the story of NOAH (PBUH) AND THE FLOOD from the Bible and corrected the mistakes before mentioning it in the Qurân.

There is no god but Allah, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon Him) is the Last Messenger of Allah

In your question there are several important points to be aware of which are amazingly true.

According to the Qurân the flood was not a universal phenomenon which destroyed complete life on earth. In fact the Qurân specifically mentions that the flood was a localised event only involving the people of Noah

SECONDLY
It is illogical to assume that Prophet Muhummad (peace be upon Him) had borrowed the story of NOAH (PBUH) AND THE FLOOD from the Bible and corrected the mistakes before mentioning it in the Qurân.

Well i do believe that the truth is in Miracle of Miracles called QURAN. How amazing is it that it speaks in real depth and without any confliction with any logical knowledge.

Anything writtened whether it be a bible or a historical text is based mainly on the interpretations of the writer - how the write perceived the event to had happened. Just like when you hear or witness something, your interpretation is different from another person. That way we say, 'people hear what they want to hear'. You do, however, pointed out some good points about the story of Noah. Scientifically proven that the event was just a localized event. It's good to have faith in God, or whatever name each cultures has for God.

That is the great thing about beliefs. It is a choice on what you want to believe. Christians might say that it was a world flood, and that Jesus is not a prophet like Muhammad, because of the way Jesus was born, lived, died, and ascended to Heaven. Christians might say that Muhammad had a standard birth, lived life a prophet, and then died. The New Age Movement will say both are wrong because it is cosmic. It is all in how you look at it.

I'm not a Muslim but I agree with it about the flood being local and I doubt that the bible story is full of facts. It would have taken more than 40 day's of rain and a lot of problems would spring up when Noah tried to close the doors on the ark!!!

Actually, based on the bible christians came up with a theory that has given us a lot of answers about stuff we couldnt explain before in a scientific way. (some ppl say its not scientific becuase its based on ther bible, but then again every theory is based on some sort of idea first). Like, the grand canyon and meteorites. And it says its a world wide flood. Its called the hydro plate titonic (hope spelled that right). So the bible proves the loran false based on scientific data coming from that research.

First off, claiming that your religion is undoubtedly true doesn't necessarily qualify your statements. It's what you believe to be true so I'll respect that, but it is not hard evidence.
Second, a similar flood was mentioned in Greek mythology.
Zues was displeased with the sentient life he had created so he ordered Poseidon to wash away all traces. Then, too busy to do it himself, he ordered the Titan, Prometheus and his son to create all the animals and wildlife in general we see today. His son went and created every animal with it's own defenses and means of feeding and when it came time for him to create humans he came to Prometheus and said he had saved humans for last as they were to be favored but had mistakenly used up all the cool features on all the other animals.
Prometheus noted how humans were bare of fur to keep them warm, stripped of claws or teeth to fight off predators and kill prey, and soft and vulnerable to injury. Humans are significantly weaker that any given animal in relation to it's size and have no built-in weapons or abilities. So Prometheus told his son he had saved one special gift. Humans would be intelligent. They would possess creativity and the dextarity required to utilize it.
I think if you look you can find some kind of Great Flood story in every religion in the world. But an interesting fact, Prometheus was the deity that created humans and made them what they are today and in another story Prometheus is the one responsible for bringing fire down from Mt. Olympus as a gift to humans and was punished for it. But did you know the Roman name for Prometheus is Lucifer?
Shemhamforash!

Well, maybe Mohammad just used his brain and came up with a version of the same scripture that made a little more sense. I still don't see how this explanation makes the KORAN any righter than the BIBLE. Essentially they still belief in the same God/ALLAH, just different perspectives.

I do not care to read from a book that creates such fanatical brainwashed rabid animals that commit suicide bombings, beheadings, and other terroristic acts in the name of God.
