I think thats with personality and age 12-16yrs old will give up right?

There could be a couple of reasons for this:
1. The guy thinks he is God's gift to women, and wants you to show him he is.
2. The guy does not understand that you are truely committed, sometimes you have to make it clear.
3. The guy thinks that you are the perfect person for him. (sometimes you can't help who you fall in love with, even if they don't love you)
4. The more you say no, the more they want. Some guys are not happy till they have what they want. The problem with that is that they usually dump you after they have you cause now they want something else.
5. They guy has a mental disorder. Check your apartment before going to bed.

i totally agree with you!!! i have a bf and this guy still just calls me and annoys me and wants to be with me even though he knows i have a bf!! its so annoying...
but i think they do this is because they want the girl... especially because they cant have her
