No, not yet anyway. The concept is actually a good one; even though it sounds a little strange. Hair transplantation / restoration has come along way and yet still has room to improve. Using a hairy back as a donor site just might work someday in the future; although it might not provide the most attractive hairstyle. I guess SOME hair is better than NO hair for some people.
