If he did not believe in Allah it would be no. Why are you asking?

Oh my. Don't tell me you've been eating poison from some website saying Allah is the Moon God. That's not true my dear. Yes, curiosity is in everyone. Neil Armstrong heard the Azan when He's on the Moon. Being said that, it contrast to the law of science because as we know: Sound CANNOT travel through vacuum. What happened from his account is that it was a miracle from God. So, Neil came back to Earth and converted into Islam. He did not see God. He heard the call of prayer. Allah is God of Abraham. Which means He is the God that the Muslims, Christians and Jews believe in. Just the name differ. Please don't use the term 'Moon God'. It's very unappropriate and not nice. Thank you for asking this question and God bless you!

Who said Allah is the "Moon God"? Allah is the god of Abraham, same as the God of the Jews and Christians.

islam/judeo/christianity are all Abrahamic (from abraham) and i'm not sure where you got the (mis)information about Allah is the moon god - but the pronouciation and the names are the same between these religions - El Yah is the same as Al lah.
Same God.

It does'nt need one to go any particular place and to See GOD. Its the one's internal conciousness which make us able to see HIM ..anywhere.
