My little sis just turned 18 in June. She had and awesome paying job making $11 an hour and lost that, all because she met this loser guy that is 11 years older than her.She lied to our parents about his age, where she was staying, and everything else.We have all tried to talk some sense into her but shes stubborn and won't listen to any of us.He's been in and out of jail his whole life and she just thinks he's perfect! We don't think age matters and that people do change, but its just how things started off with her lieing and sneaking around.I'm so protective of my little sis I don't want to see her get hurt or into any bad situations. Then i find out that there having unprotected sex,and shes not on the pill and thinks the pull-out method is going to keep her from getting pregnant.I've tried to tell her thats how my friend got her 2 girls! And if he has any diseases, shes got them now.Im just really worried and so are my parents. She said she'd dis-own us if we tried anything, what do we do?

We'll friend it sounds as though she's done everything in her power to do everything she should not have done, I guess all that is left is the moment when she needs a shoulder to cry on, cause having unprotected sex is pretty serious, especially with HIV out in the world today, thats an automatic death sentence for all those whom take the risks and at 18 I would of thought she should had known better but unfortunately their are girls like your sister who have to find out the hard way.

It might help if the parents catch the guy and tell him to stay away from their daughter. Go talk to his job superviser, his parents or his parole officer.
Also have the parents put the 18 yr old on restriction as long as she's living under their roof, she has to clean up her act. If she were a tad younger they would have more control. How about sending her to live with a relative for awhile- give her a chance to cool off.

Just let her know you love her no matter what, even if you don't approve of her lifestyle. She will have to learn from her own mistakes.
