Yes, there have been a couple falling outs in my family. Some have been resolved, while others haven't. The main reason I find that to be is because either one or both parties are too stubborn to give in. A family is just like any relationship, and when only one party tries, or neither of the parties try, issues can't be resolved.

I have had a falling out with people in my family. I have resolved all of them I believe. I just took a look at it and thought, "If this person was in an accident tomorrow and died, would I regret not resolving this problem?". I don't think about it right away though because anger will cloud things over. The one that I had with my father lasted like 20 years.

Yes, I sure have. It took a long time to resolve and for quite some time I had to distance myself from the person until things changed. I think at some point everyone has disagreements with family, some more serious than others. I had to finally ask myself, what is best for me. The answer was that I had to live my own life and leave them be to live theirs until we could reach a common ground. Then things got better and it didn't result in an argument every time we tried to talk. Good luck with it.

yes, definitely i think everyone has falling out with someone from their immediate family. When i was younger, i didnt have this problem.. when we got older and more matured, our thinking is shaped and many conflicts arises.
I have conflict with my father, brother and sisters but i still love them... Felt hurt by their selfish behaviour and seems they don;t care about me.. But some of the time i know i was at fault. they no longer treat me as kid but as adult and i can;t handle this...this is my major problem.. I think everyone have to rely on themselves in the end..

I have. As for it getting resolved.... We are talking again but I don't know if I will ever trust this person so that's a hard one to answer for me.

Yes I have, and no it wasn't resolved, but I am trying the best that I know how, and that's very slowly, step by step.
