The 'thermal straightening' method, is still chemical based, however its much gentler on the hair, than western style products.
The cheaper places to go to get this done is in a Japanese or Korean hair salon. Western salons also do this straightening, however they charge more and dont have as much experience as the Asian salons.

When I was working in NZ in a Japanese hair salon we charged from $300NZ-$500 however other western salons were charging $700+ The Korean salons were the cheapest.
Im now in Korea and it's super cheap here.

When you get it done (if you get it done in an asian salon and they dont speak very good english) be sure not to shampoo your hair for 48 hours and not to get it wet for the first 24 hours. Try to avoid tying it up tightly or tucking it behind your ears for the first week.

The good thing about the asian thermal method is that when your hair grows back, it doesnt look pathetic like some western methods. The straightened hair has a more natural look to it, and not such a hard coarse damaged look, therefore it moves easily and smoothly.

I only get mine done 1-2 times a year, and thats enough, some people prefer 3-4 times. I don't mind having a bit of volume, I just hate the frizziness.

lol that's like asking how you can turn water into wine...Only jesus can do it...haha
Anywase, to answer your question. There isn't no way, other than running the flat iron through your hair everyday which totally ruins your hair and will make it even more frizzy...horrible.
You could try that straightening stuff at the store, or get a proffessional to do something..But that costs money, and you'll always have frizz and waves.

I've got the same problem..It's depressing...
But there is a such thing as hair gel that tames the frizz and gives you pretty curls.

Good luck :)

There is a process from Japan that uses no chemicals, it will make your hair straight for a few months. I hear it works really well. You can get it chemically straightened too. Nothing that I know of will either straighten or curl hair permanently. When your hair grows back, it needs to be redone. Call a few top salons in your area and ask about the Japanese method.

Don't wash it. After 3 or 4 weeks it won't be frizzy or bushy, but it might still be a little curly.

you could go to a salon and have them straighten it but as your hair grows out, your hair will still be the same as it was before.

Then if you use allot of chemicals on it you have a greater chance of it breaking and falling out.

Just be careful as to what you use on your hair.

Sorry to say, you can't do anything that would be permanent. Buy a wig.
