I think that before you do that again:
You should rub steak all over your body, and go lay in the middle of the street, and hope a car runs over you before the neighborhood dogs knock you down, and bite you all over.
How about Anger Therapy.
That type of behavior is out of control, and can lead to much, much more violence.. Back off the drugs, alcohol, caffein, sugar, and violent movies for a while. Buck up...you know you are out of control....
