when you and the opposite person find that, you both are comfortable with each other when you'll meet.
When you feel at ease when you discuss your problem to him/her.
When the wavelength matches between you n him/her at that time you feel that you have met the right person

I don't think you ever know 100% - but something inside tells you if its right.
The thing to remember is just because something feels right now - there is no guarantee it will still feel right 5 years from now.
Relationships aren't like Hollywood - you both need to work at keeping it right.
It you are good for each other - working at this is fun, but if something isn't right, working at a relationship feels like work.
One thing you DO know when you are with someone - is how much you enjoy life with them in it. BEWARE though - we can lie more convincingly to ourselves than we can to anyone else!

It only took my fiance about 2 weeks of dating to know I was The One, but sadly it took me a little bit longer to figure out the same thing. I had a little trouble with it, but one day I realized that he was my best friend and I couldn't imagine my life without him in it.

dont judge it by the butterflies dancing and birds singing.... make effort to go on more than one date... for instance go to a resterant and order see how the other reacts in public... that can tell a lot
